To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. Please contact us first before returning anything. All returns and exchange must be claimed within 7 days of confirmed tracked delivery and returned within 30 days of confirmed delivery if returning an item. Items outside these dates will not be deemed eligible for return or exchange.
To start an exchange or return, please can contact us at contact@areafislandclothing.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange or return will not be accepted.

Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will refund your purchase 100%. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved (see above), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping for the return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received. All replacements will be shipped at no cost to you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have with tracking information - in most circumstances we can cross-ship your replacement. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping for the return. Please contact us for the return address.
